Hello friend, It’s here! My e-book A Month of No Cooking is live and launching! 🎉 I’m so excited to bring this to you first. Cause listen, I am a food blogger for goodness sake, and I love home cooked, healthy meals made from scratch with love. Yes and yes. I am also a human, a woman, a wife and a mom who has other demands vying for my time, energy and mental capacity. Also true. And some seasons of life require a little grace and a little help. I get it and I’ve got you. What This IsA way to make dinner without all the heavy lifting of finding and planning recipes, making a list and doing all of the chopping, prepping and cooking yourself. It includes 4 weeks of meal plans using store-bought foods. Each week includes 6 full, complete dinners (protein, veggies, carbs). The 7th night is for leftovers, going out/ordering in or actually cooking. We have a combination of both general ideas (such as soup or burgers - you pick beef, turkey, veggie, etc) and pretty specific items (such as frozen lasagna or popcorn shrimp). Hopefully that helps you adapt to your family’s specific needs and tastes. It also has coordinating grocery lists for each week so you know exactly what to buy at the store. My goal is that this meal plan will bring you:
What This Is NotRecipes - We are not using recipes and we are not cooking beyond following the package instructions. If you are anti-packaged foods, this is not for you. Brand based - I included general terms (ex, frozen pizza or pre-made macaroni and cheese) and foods that can be found at grocery stores of all types and sizes. Nothing specialty and no specific brands called out. Pick your favorite. Beautiful, flowery pages - We are keeping it very simple, very easy to read and very easy to print. Your ink cartridges will thank you. Buy the meal plan today and exhale.
And just a heads up that there is introductory pricing for my early purchasers. Buy now and get 30% off automatically. The price will go up next week! If you have any questions, hit reply to this email and ask away. I read every single one. Or if you know someone having a rough patch or who hates doing the work of dinner at the end of a long day, please forward them this email or shoot them a text. (Or you could also buy it for them I suppose!) |
I love to create and share easy, healthy, delicious recipes to make cooking at home possible, even on the busiest of days. Dinner's got nothing on us.
